A small, hands-on team focused on one thing: building AI intake systems that actually get used.
NC Tech Consultants was founded in 2023 by Nahshon Little, Henry Naylor IV, Henry Naylor V, and Trey Mason. We blend backgrounds in finance, technology, and operations to build systems that are both technically solid and grounded in how teams actually work day-to-day.
Over time we saw the same pattern across different organizations: teams were wasting hours every week on the first few minutes of conversations — asking the same screening questions, answering the same FAQs, and digging for information that already lived in their docs.
That’s why we narrowed our focus to two offerings: the Callivra Screening System for candidate intake, and the AI Knowledge Assistant for document-backed Q&A. Instead of trying to automate everything, we go deep on the two places where AI can reliably save time without creating chaos.
