FAQ

Questions about our two assistants

A few quick answers about the Callivra Screening System and the AI Knowledge Assistant.

What’s the difference between the Callivra Screening System and the AI Knowledge Assistant?

The Callivra Screening System is a voice-based assistant that runs structured first-round interviews over the phone and sends scored summaries to your team. The AI Knowledge Assistant is a text-based system trained on your documents that answers questions and cites its sources. One is built for candidate intake, the other for information access.

How long does it take to go live?

Most implementations take about 3–5 business days once we have your inputs (screening questions, scoring rules, or documents). More complex integrations or multi-brand setups can take a bit longer, but we’ll set expectations clearly before we start.

What do you need from us to start?

For the Callivra Screening System, we need your current screening questions, any disqualifiers, and where you want summaries delivered (email, ATS, CRM, etc.). For the AI Knowledge Assistant, we need the documents and sources you want it to learn from, plus who will be using it and how (internal, client-facing, or both).

Do you provide support and updates after launch?

Yes. Both offerings include ongoing support options so we can update prompts, adjust scoring, refresh documents, and tune behavior as your business changes. AI systems are not “set and forget”—we stay in the loop with you.

Who are these systems a good fit for?

They’re a strong fit for teams that handle a lot of repetitive conversations: talent and recruiting teams, veteran and workforce programs, real estate teams, professional services, and local businesses with structured intake. If your team keeps answering the same questions or asking the same ones, you’re probably a good fit.

Can you work with executive recruiting firms or highly regulated medical use cases?

We intentionally stay focused on high-volume, non-executive intake and general knowledge use cases. For conflict and compliance reasons, we do not build systems for retained executive search firms or deeply regulated medical workflows that require HIPAA-grade infrastructure.
